This Privacy Policy explains how Wise Insights ("we") collects, uses, and stores your personal data when you use the service — our Telegram bot (@Wiseinsights_bot) and the Wise Insights iOS app. Both sign in to the same account and share the same history, and everything below applies to both.

When you use the bot, we collect and store the following:
We do not store raw voice files. Voice messages are transcribed immediately and only the text is saved.
Your messages are processed by the following third-party AI services:
Your data is sent to these services solely to process your requests and is not used to train their models.
All data is stored in a secure database hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL). The server infrastructure is hosted on Oracle Cloud in the EU region. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data.
On your phone, the app keeps a copy of your recent messages and your sign-in token so it can open instantly and work offline. Both are removed when you sign out or delete the app.
Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time — in the app, from Settings, and in the bot by asking. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also export everything first.

This bot is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
