These Terms govern your use of Wise Insights — the Telegram bot (@Wiseinsights_bot) and the Wise Insights iOS app. Both connect to the same account and the same history. By using either one, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Wise Insights is a self-reflection companion. It asks you a short question in the morning and in the evening, keeps what you write, and returns weekly and monthly reflections drawn from it. Responses are generated by an AI model.
It is not therapy, and it is not medical advice. Wise Insights is not a healthcare service, is not staffed by clinicians, and does not diagnose or treat any condition. It is not a substitute for a qualified mental health professional.
It is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country. The service cannot help you in an emergency and does not monitor what you write for signs of one.
Because responses are generated by an AI model, they can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. Treat them as a prompt for your own thinking, not as advice to act on.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Wise Insights. By using it you confirm that you are.
You can sign in with Telegram, with Apple, with Google, or with a code sent to your email. One account is meant for one person — please do not share it. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and your sign-in method secure.
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from Settings in the app or by asking in the bot. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What you write stays yours. You keep every right you already had in it.
You give us permission to store and process what you write for one purpose: running the service for you — generating your replies, building your weekly and monthly reflections, and keeping your history so the next conversation makes sense. That permission ends when you delete your account.
We do not sell your content, do not show it to advertisers, and do not use it to train AI models. Processing involves the third-party providers named in the Privacy Policy.
Morning and evening check-ins are free, with no time limit.
Free-form conversation is free for your first 14 days, capped at 7 replies per day. After the trial, free-form conversation is a paid feature. Your check-ins stay free either way.

Prices are shown in Telegram at the moment of purchase, in Telegram Stars, and that is the amount you pay. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Telegram under Telegram's own terms — we do not process your payment details and never see them. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Telegram; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running to its end.
The iOS app does not sell anything today. If that changes, purchases made through the App Store will be handled by Apple under Apple's terms, and these Terms will be updated before any such purchase is offered.

We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and the service may be suspended or discontinued. If we discontinue it, you will be able to export your data first.
The software, the name, the design and the written material of Wise Insights belong to us. These Terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership in it.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may end or limit your access if you materially break these Terms, or if we discontinue the service. Sections 4, 8, 10 and 11 survive the end of your account.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that anything the service generates is accurate, complete or suitable for you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you live somewhere that gives you consumer rights which cannot be waived, those rights still apply to you and these Terms do not take them away.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If a change materially reduces what you get, we will say so in the app or the bot rather than only changing this page.
