You see 1 hour out of 168. Wise Insights — a space for the other 167.

A Telegram bot that accompanies clients between sessions: daily conversations, honest insights, a weekly report. The client decides what to share with you.

400+ people already use it

The client leaves — and is alone with their process.

A lot gets forgotten in a week

By the next session the client remembers the general mood, but loses specific moments where something shifted — or got stuck.

Patterns are only visible from a distance

What repeats day after day is almost impossible to catch within one conversation once a week.

No space for in-between reflection

An insight from a session needs somewhere to go, to be thought through, lived — but usually there's nowhere.

Three modes of accompaniment — every day, effortlessly.

Morning and evening conversation

Each morning the bot asks: "how are you right now?" and "what's the one thing you want to move today?" In the evening it notices what changed between intention and reality. 2–3 minutes, by voice or text.

Daily

Multi-turn conversation any time

The /chat command — the client can write voice or text any time: to work through what's happening, to talk something through between sessions. The bot holds context across replies and continues the conversation, not starting from scratch each time.

Up to 7 replies/session

Weekly report with patterns

Every Sunday the client gets a structured insight: shifts since last week, what kept showing up, what got steadier, what's in the way, a non-obvious observation, where to grow next, and 1–2 concrete experiments — plus a visual map of the week's activity.

Every Sunday
Transformation or journal — the client picks.

Different clients are in different phases of work. The bot works either way, and the client can switch any time without losing context.

Transformation mode

For active work toward something specific.

  • Daily morning + evening conversations
  • Weekly progress and growth direction
  • The bot tracks distance to where the client wants to be

Fits clients in active change work — career transitions, relationship work, habit formation.

Journal mode

For low-pressure ongoing reflection.

  • No notifications — client writes when they want
  • Sunday snapshot still arrives if the client has been writing
  • Same pattern recognition (memory card, weekly insight) without goal framing

Fits clients in maintenance, between explicit goals, or in modalities where goal-tracking would be premature.

Client picks at /start, can switch via /settings — data persists either way.

The client comes with context, not a blank page.

Context export for the session

The client can download their full profile — Point A and B, patterns, insights, entries from the last 30 days — and share it with you as a ready-made context file before your meeting.

Period insights

The client can generate a summary for a week, month or quarter and forward it to you. The AI's observation — an additional perspective alongside yours.

Weekly report

A regular snapshot of what happened between sessions. The client can forward it to you directly or use it as a starting point for conversation.

Living pattern memory

The bot accumulates a memory card: recurring themes, tensions, obstacles, movement toward a goal. Updated every week based on real data.

Client note import

If the client keeps notes in Obsidian, Notion or other apps — they can upload a file and the bot adds everything to the profile. Continues from where they left off.

The client decides what to share.

How privacy works

  • The therapist has no access to the bot or the client's account — no registration required on the therapist's side.
  • The client shares exactly what they choose: forwarding a report, sending a screenshot or exporting a file — all at their initiative.
  • Data is stored only to personalize the bot and is not shared with third parties.
  • The client can delete their entire profile and all data at any time — fully, without a trace.
  • Entries older than 30 days are automatically summarized; the original text is not retained.
Works alongside different modalities.

The bot isn't tied to a specific approach — it creates a space for observation and reflection that organically complements work in different directions.

You can also use the bot for yourself.

Supervision journal

Short daily notes about what's happening in your work — fatigue, overload, what resonates, what won't leave you alone. The bot will notice patterns before you do.

Burnout prevention

Working with people is resource-intensive. Regular conversations help you notice fatigue accumulating and track what restores you — before it becomes critical.

Personal goals and development

If you're in personal therapy or working on something of your own — the bot becomes a space for reflection between sessions. To live through an insight, not lose it.

Ready-made text — just copy and send.

Text to send to the client

Can be sent by messenger, email or printed out.

I'd like to recommend a Telegram bot called Wise Insights — it helps with reflection between our sessions. Each morning the bot asks how you are, and what one thing you want to move that day. In the evening it notices what changed. On Sundays it sends a weekly insight: what's repeating, what's in the way, what's changing. This isn't a replacement for our work — it's a space where you can notice and capture what's happening between sessions. If you want, you can share the report or export your context before our next meeting. The bot is free, no sign-up — just Telegram. → t.me/Wiseinsights_bot
Common questions from therapists.
Yes. The therapist has no access to the bot or the client's account — no registration required on the therapist's side. The client shares exactly what they choose: forwarding a report, sending a screenshot, or exporting a context file — all at their initiative. Data is stored only to personalize the bot for the client and is not shared with third parties.
No registration required on the therapist's side. Simply share the link to the Wise Insights Telegram bot with your client. The client opens it, completes onboarding, and uses it independently. There's no therapist dashboard or admin panel — by design.
The client decides what to share: a weekly report, a context export (.md file with Point A and B, patterns, insights, and entries from the last 30 days), or specific screenshots. Nothing is sent automatically — the therapist receives only what the client forwards. Many therapists use the export as a starting point for the next session.
The bot isn't tied to a specific approach. It creates a space for daily observation and weekly reflection that complements CBT, ACT, schema therapy, psychodynamic therapy, gestalt, coaching, narrative practice, mindfulness-based work, and other evidence-based modalities. The structure (Point A/B, patterns, growth direction) maps cleanly onto how most modern modalities frame change.
🎯 Transformation mode is for clients in active change work. The bot messages every morning and evening; the weekly Sunday report tracks progress toward what the client said they wanted to move. Useful in CBT, schema therapy, coaching, and other modalities where explicit goals shape the work.

📔 Journal mode is for clients between active goal work — ongoing self-observation, no notifications, no goal pressure. The Sunday snapshot still arrives if the client has been writing. Useful in psychodynamic, existential, gestalt, or mindfulness-based work where pre-set goals would foreclose what wants to emerge.

Client picks at /start, can switch via /settings any time. Data persists.
Yes. Daily conversations, weekly reports, multi-turn /chat, context export — all free for the client. No credit card or sign-up form. The client opens Telegram and starts.
English, Russian, and Ukrainian. The bot detects the client's language automatically. The client can switch any time via /settings.

For a few years I was tracking my own patterns by hand — in notes, in therapy sessions. I noticed that clarity doesn't come from big insights — it comes from someone remembering the context and bringing it back at the right moment. ChatGPT forgets. A journal doesn't talk back. A therapist sees you once a week. Wise Insights is my attempt to put that in one place — as a daily companion that lives in the gap between your sessions.

Open to conversations with practitioners — write me directly.

Try it yourself — it takes 5 minutes.

Go through the onboarding, get your first conversation and weekly report — to understand from the inside how it works.
